I'm getting really curious about this respectful parenting. My husband has that kind of thinking when it comes to raising our kids but I'm pretty sure he doesn't know it's a thing. Is it really effective?

I've been reading about it also as I want to try it as well. I love the idea where I will work with my kids to find solutions and understand their underlying physical and emotional needs.
