I'm getting really curious about this respectful parenting. My husband has that kind of thinking when it comes to raising our kids but I'm pretty sure he doesn't know it's a thing. Is it really effective?

I can't really say that it's effective but I would love to give it a try as well. It seems to be grounded on reasonable principles and if all of the guidelines are practiced by heart, I think it could really work.
