First visit
I’m FTM, taking my NB to his first polyclinic visit for the first follow up jab. Is there anything I need to prepare or take note of or ask the doctor / nurse there? TIA!
Bring ur ic and baby’s birth cert and health booklet. Also list down whatever questions/ concerns you have to ask Dr / nurse. Best to make sure baby is fed before you go as there maybe long wait. The polyclinic I go to is quite cold and many sick ppl so I wrap baby in swaddle / blanket.
Ask for the earliest (8ish) or near lunch time appointment for the subsequent visits so the wait is shorter and fewer people
Birth cert, health booklet They’ll ask you about the feeding and number of diapers used:)
