NUH under subsidy

Going NUH for first visit next week under subsidy (referral letter from polyclinic). Anything we#pregnancy should prepare and know about first visit?

Take height & weight, take urine, take blood pressure then wait for your no. (same routine on every single appt). Estimated time is 60-120 mins. You can go for a walk or eat first and wait for the sms of your queue no. So far I have no issue with the sms and always on the dot. 1st appt is the dating scan. To know how far along you are + consultation.

During the NT scan, if you opt for the down syndrome test (got 2 or 3 I forgot you choose which one but must pay hundreds $$), they will do on the same day during the NT scan. You will be given 2-3 pamphlets during your consultation

It’s gonna be quite long queue! Husband might have to wait outside until your number is called. Don’t trust the Q sms system it’s messed up
