Hi im a FTM and a little worried. My 10 wks old son always bang/knock his head against our shoulders whenever we hold him upright. We bottle feed him so unlikely he is trying to search for my nipples. We initially thought he could be hungry but realise he does that even after a feed. Anyone can tell me if this is normal? He is clearly too weak to hold his head now. My son only held his head stable at about 5months. Please let him lie down. He will hold his head whenever he's ready.

10 weeks old. You can't hold him upright. His neck is unable to support.

Normal He is only 10 weeks old! He can't even hold his head.
