Breastmilk to formula milk

Ganyan din ako mommy. Due to contractions I had to stop breastfeeding my toddler. pero ang ginawa ko po hindi biglaan. I still offer her bm if hindi talaga madivert attention niya lalo na kung yun ang pampatulog niya at nahihirapan na talaga siya. more than 2 weeks ang process namin together. I still try offering her formula whenever she's in good mood. Plus, don't say na the bm is already for the new baby kasi mas magiging clingy siya. naobserve ko lang sa toddler ko. Divert attention lang po whenever gusto ni lo mag bf. Offer fresh milks and healthy snacks often. Sa gabi naman kung yun ang pampatulog niya, offer formula first at kung di magwork ask others to make your toddler go to sleep. Hug and cuddle your toddler often. Maninibago talaga sila, pero masasanay din lalo kung matutonan nila na wala na talagang bm. It will be a difficult ride for you and your toddler, but you will get there. God bless.
