Greek Yogurt should be effective. Non-sweet kind.. add some honey if you need to.
drink more water, take lots of fresh fruits and veggies
I take yakult on empty stomach every other morning and hydrate myself well.
Drink more water and fruit juices. I love drinking pineapple juice everyday.
Take probiotic.
Oats with milk in the morning helps! Yoghurt too!
I’m 24 weeks now too. prune juice helps a lot!
