I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and every night I had a hard time to go to bed. Will stay awake till 6-7am in the morning then only able to sleep cause getting really tired. This is cause my legs has this feeling of being pulled when I'm dozing off. Sometime my husband will help me to massage my lower leg and the feeling will disappear but recently even massage also this just won't go away. I don't drink milk and only supplement I took is gestacare prescribe by doctor. Is is because of low calcium intake? How to solve this problem?

It sounds like a lack of magnesium not calcium. Try to up your intake of high magnesium food like bananas. I heard some expecting mamas who experienced the same apply magnesium oil on the sole of their feet. Check back with your gynae if it persists and also consider consulting a naturopath who can advise you if you are deficient in certain minerals/vitamins.
