I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and every night I had a hard time to go to bed. Will stay awake till 6-7am in the morning then only able to sleep cause getting really tired. This is cause my legs has this feeling of being pulled when I'm dozing off. Sometime my husband will help me to massage my lower leg and the feeling will disappear but recently even massage also this just won't go away. I don't drink milk and only supplement I took is gestacare prescribe by doctor. Is is because of low calcium intake? How to solve this problem?

Hi mga mommies. Consult kayo sa ob ninyo kung pwede mag prenatal work out like kahit mga stretching lang at meron na ssearch sa yg prenatal workout. Makakatulong po siya sa pananakit ng katawan pati po sa pagtulog

receta ni doc po b1 6 12...yes po todo stretching na after how many minutes anjan naman esp wen ur about to sleep
