Birdnest

I'm currently on 10weeks now, my mil made birdnest for me to drink, not suppose to have it at 1st trimester right? What will happen if I take it? How to reject her? :/

I took after first trimster, the reason is the baby then can absorb the nutrition... I think first trimester is just your own wellness... nothing to worry :)
