Birdnest brand

Hi everyone would like some advise did anyone drink this brand before during pregnancy? Is it safe to drink during pregnancy if got gdm? As it was bought from mil, could not reject but cannot dun drink also if not mil unhappy so need advise if this brand is safe to consume?#advicepls

It is better to get the dry bird nest and cook it at home. Drink it without any additives, especially sugar. I don’t think we should consume Ginseng during the pregnancy. You can research further on this.

Not sure about ginseng, but you need to check the sugar content on the label. I have GDM too, I only consume low sugar or reduced sugar bird nest from Eu Yan Seng.

oh gosh, there isn't any sugar level content on it, so not too sure, but the grade is C, I suppose sugar level quite high?

oh no ginseng cannot consume during pregnancy! tell ur mil..
