Birdnest

I'm currently on 10weeks now, my mil made birdnest for me to drink, not suppose to have it at 1st trimester right? What will happen if I take it? How to reject her? :/

I took ready made bird nest during my first trimester. So far no issue. If its a one time thing, should be ok I guess. But if you really don't feel like having, just tell MIL nicely or give her the excuse you got no appetite :)
