baby birth certificate?

I'm curious as to what documents are needed to register for baby's birth certificate. Will there be complications registering baby's birth certificate without the pink book from KK?

all you need is the borang pengesahan kelahiran from the hospital or surat akuan bidan/doctor & prenatal card (the pink book) original and copy also mom and dad of the baby ic original and copy, marriage certificate original and copy. that's what I know of 😊
