No personal experience though but heard before that there us a dip. However, it helps post delivery mummy to nourish yr body. What i would suggest is to still take but increase in yr intake for papaya and fish soup and not forgetting yr longan red dates tea. This is very important and you needs lots of fluid intake.

I've read on a mommy blog once that her milk supply reduced dramatically after eating pig liver. She was really upset about it. I can't find any information regarding this online so maybe there is some truth to it? I can't be too sure.

Depend, it's killer to some mummy while it's a booster to some mummy, i had during confinement, and my supply is perfectly fine.

Never heard of that. So far i know some mummies who took cabbage and mints have seen a reduce in their supply.
