I think yoga its the best exercise for mother n baby.. its simple and relaxing..just be careful with your step..

Yoga is okay for me. Regards, mom of 3 son. Currently 12w of 4th baby.

Maybe can start once you are in second trimester

i read that it depends on certain yoga pose.

Im doing zumba n aerobic almost everyday
