Same. Nilakasan ko na ac para antukin sa lamig, hirap matulog. Dalas ko pa magising ng madaling araw. 😞

same din mamshie turning 30 weeks nd AQ mktulog ng left at right side parng gusto q nkatihaya kaso mhrap huminga..

its normal to have sleepless nites ..try to get some soft massage or lullaby songs ..try to avoid afternoon naps

Me too. I will sleep at 11pm and always wake up between 2.30-4am and can't get back to sleep until 6am. Yawnsss

I remembered I had to sleep upright in bed during my third trimester. As long as I got to sleep 😅
