1st trim nutrition

I'm 6 weeks preg and had fresh bleeding on saturday, doctor said bb is still inside but size of fetus are like 4-5 weeks old and smaller then expected, seen dr again yesterday and said that bb was growing very slow and expect the worst if is not growing....we prepare the worst, but will still try all the possibility to help before the next appt. wat shld i take to feed my bb grow bigger??

Durian and prenatal milk ... these are the two things that made my baby abit too big.. 😂 See if you like to try, but durian and milk cannot be taken together or right after another.. best to rest 4-6hours apart

I had experience the same but my gynae don’t tell me whether baby is small but he just ask me to rest more and lay down more. I’m already 14 wks now so be positive and just eat well if you can!
