I'm 5 wks pregnant but the doctor said there is no embryo at all. But she said she saw a sac. Whats the meaning of this? Thank you

ganyan din ako sis 6 weeks sac pa lang...bumalik ulit ako sa OB after 2 weeks tas may nakita na embryo...
