Bv With Antibiotics

I am 38weeks pregnant today. I already had all necessary test during my 1st tri, all results are good. I had my chek up with a new, she made an ie an she said I have dschrge and just assumed it is a vaginitis w/O any test. I'm already 1 cm dilated, but she gave me antibiotic for thee treatment of the said disease. I'm afraid something might happen to my baby. N is it ok that a mere dschrge will constitute BV? THANK U!
