high BP during pregnancy

i'm 37yo this year...n now i'm 7weeks pregnant...anyone got any experience high BP during prengnancy...i've waiting for so long since my 1st child is already 7yo this year....any tips to reduce the blood preasure....so sad thinking about the circumstances high BP during pregnancy....???

saya pon gap dlm 10 thn baru preggy lagi...ala2 lupe semua ada 🤭 dan saya masa tu hb low...asal check up je naik 1 kdg2 x naik...bising juge doc.. alahan pon terukk sampai nak deliver pon still muntah2 😌..tapi saya memang jaga betul kandungan cuma makan je lah susah ade je x boleh masuk...syukur alhamdullilah saya selamat deliver july last year..
