For me.. i had oat for breakfast and have lots of water through the day. it works well for me
drink more water (about 2l-3l).. prune juice, yakult, yogurt drink help alot for me..
Consuming probiotics and drinking lots of water worked for me. Perhaps you can try
Drinking luke warm water is also helps
Drink more water. At least 2.5l a day.
