Sis Mag flashlight at pa music kayo sa labasan ni baby momsh while doing cow pose, the baby will follow where the light and sound is. yan ang sabi ng mga nkasabayan ko sa check up before when i was pregnant at sabi nila effective nmn daw.. Hope this help
