Breech Position

Im on my 28 weeks of pregnancy and my last ultra sound this month tells me that my baby girl was in breech position,,,what should i do to make or help the baby to turn to cephalic position

inum more water sis dn patugtug ka ng music bandang puson sabayan ng flashlight ,same her around 21 weeks breech dn si baby ko hope nakaikot na xia

lakad and akyat hagdan po if meron nakakatulong pero ask your OB po muna before mo gawin momshie 😊
