Persistent Braxton Hicks Contraction Upon Ambulation

I'm 26 Wks Pregnant And Always Having Painless Uterine Contraction Everytime I Walk. Sometimes With Brown Vaginal Discharge. Cervix is closed but soft. I'm taking hormonal therapy for 3 wks, but the contractions still there. Once I lie down, the contraction subsides. I'm not able to work but on bedrest. Any further Advise... Thank You
