u can try lying on ur back on a long bench, hold ur arms straight up and slowly pull ur arms to ur side keeping the 90°, as far down as u can... and take deep breathe in as u pull down, then breathe out when u pull ur arms straight up in front of u again. it helped me regulate my breathing and ease the heart burn - this was taught by my chiropractor

I have the same problem! went to specialist for this. no oily fatty cheesy food, only lean roasted or steam food with a tiny bit of orange juice. I've been prescribe omelozone and gavicson on empty stomach ( not even water) for at least 30mins. it helps a lot!

hi mommy..i sit upright po, drink warm water habang minamassage ng very light ni hisband ung balakang ko, pag nakapag burp na po ako ng madami, i take a quick shower, and pray na mawala na..it works every single time..

take smaller portions of food per meal but more times a day. Try drinking milk if not can take gaviscon tablet but if really bad you can take 2 tablets. As advised by my gyane.

28 weeks pregnant and still pretty much breathless all the time! think maybe the mask.. I sip on cold cold water and that always make me feel much better! :)

Try eating apple every time you feel heart burn… I’m having heart burn since 1 st month now in 9th month… apple really helped.

Yakult helps me with heartburn. Definitely must avoid spicy and oily food! I experience heartburn often during last pregnancy :/

Talk to your gynae and he will give you Med that is safe for baby. I had the problem when I was pregnant and it will only end when baby is out.
