3rd trimester heartburn

Hi mummies, I'm currently week 39+4. And I'm feeling bad heart burn that I couldn't sleep. I think my back pain is due to that too. Does any mummies experience this before? It's my first time experiencing sucha bad heartburn

Eat smaller meals frequently and Drink water in between meals. Eat slowly and chew everybite thoroughly. Avoid meals few hrs before bed. Avoid chocolate,Spicy, fatty food,acidic, citric food and fruits, tomato base food, carbonated beverages and caffein. Try to sleep on ur left side too.
