Breathless and urinary incontinence

Hi I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I’m finding myself feeling very breathless. Sometimes this is accompanied By urinary incontinence which I never experienced before I got pregnant. Has anyone experienced the same symptoms before? It’s very bothersome and hinders me from doing my usual daily activities...

I had incontinence during the 3rd trimester. It really is bothersome but I didn’t have time to try pelvic floor exercises/yoga which people helps. I just brought spare undies and lots of liners on standby just in case. 😅

that's happen to me,,,,I consult with my doctor, and he just said, "it's normal while you're on pregnancy, but fortunately you can reduce the symptoms by doing prenatal yoga or other sport"
