sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

same... 20 weeks now. will wake up at 3 ish then takes 1 hr plus to fall back to sleep. tummy not comfortable sleeping both left or right side. seems like baby is training us to wake up at 3 am for milk feeds haha
