sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

ako mamsh after mag dinner nakakatulog agad tapos naggising ng 1am tapos gutom ulit after kumain hirap na makatulog ulit dahil sa position sa pag tulog hehe. minsan 4 o 6am na tulog ko.
