sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

meron po ba dito na nkaexperience dn po sa gabi na sobrang sakit ng kamay at daliri ung pakirmdm na parang puputok ung mga ugat mo sa dalir sa sobrang manhid at sakit? 5days ko na naexperience tuwing 1am hanggang 3am palage aq gcng gawa nun
