sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

hello po, 20weeks and 5days pregnant here. same case po tayo 😊 i only had max 6hrs of sleeping so try po inom lang fresh milk sa gabi kahit isabay nyo sa meal, wag po yung tinitimpla ha 😊 hoping makatulong po 🙏 God bless satin mga mommy 😍
