sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

i tried to sleep left side para masanay..na kaso few minutes i turned back right side to sleep. sabi nila no epek nemen saan k pwede matulog saan ka comportable.. paggising q nga nkatihaya na ako haha ..
