sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

20 weeks pero maliit tummy parang busog lang hehe tinatago ko pa kase sa kaya daw maliit ang tummy pero pag binulgar ko na daw biglang laki daw to hehe totoo po ba ?
