sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

if I get nap at afternoon, it will be hard for me to sleep at night, same here to turning here and there. but if I don't nap, I will get sleep easier and deeper 😅
