sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

same . para kung tulog Manok . sabyan pa ng likot ng tyan ko . my gadd dko lam nung position gagawin ko . lahat na ata ng unan nakapalibot na skin .
