sleepless nights

I’ve the same issue too. Couldn’t find the best position to sleep, kept turning around and when I manage to find a good position, my bladder tells me I need to pee. 😭😭 no idea how to solve so just embrace and live with it. People are telling me, “the worse is yet to come, this is just the beginning” hahah.
