sleepless nights
Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

me too.. at pag gumising ng hating gabi hirap na bumalik sa pag tulog.. and everytime i take a long walk hinihingal na ako at nakaka feel na ako ng masyadong init sa katawan.
