sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Me ..! Im co sleeping with my toddler which makes it worse because of the space too.. the best i can get is only 5 hours of sleep every night.. 😩
