sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Before hnd rin ako maka sleep, samw here 20 weeks and 2 days na ako😊👍. Btw momsh nag sell ako pala ng maternity pillow super naka help siya samen ni baby and sarap na ng tulog namen❤️😊
