sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Im also in my 20th week. I try to avoid sleeping in the afternoon so that I can sleep easy at night which works. Even if I dowake up 2 to 3 times to pee.
