sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Same, akala ko because of stress lang pero wala kahit anong gawin ko di padin ako maka tulog unless maka kain ako🤦🏻‍♀️😂
