sleepless nights
Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Sleepless nights din kasi palaging nag ihi due to my sugar siguro hirap ako kasi palaging uhaw and ihi ng ihi but di naman ako nahihilo. Sis sa left ka palagi mag sleep tapos tanday ka ng unan. Make sure maka sleep ka ng at 9pm para di ka puyat.
