sleepless nights
Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Hi IM 20 weeks constipated ako..sumabay pa ung hemorrhoids ko nkuha ko sa first baby ko ano po mgnda gamot to ease the pain hirap kasi ako sa pgdumi..any recommendations?
