can try plant products from E Excel. I used to fall sick often until a friend introduced me to supplements made of cactus, lingzhi etc. safe for infants and pregnant mums. it operates by direct sales so don't buy from online platforms as there are fake products out there. you can read more here http://adelinebabysuns.blogspot.com/2017/01/how-my-children-go-medicine-free-for.html?m=1 and ask me more questions. I've been taking for over 3 years and haven't had cough and flu ever since.

Hi..i was down wif covid at 1st trimester.. it was not easy coz i kept coughing til now n my flu on and off.. taken same medication for a month nvr goes off.. later part doc change my cough n flu medication, now my cough tone down n my flu not as bad as before.. everytym i will check wif my gynae if it save for me to consume the medication given by GP, he will advise accordingly and i proceed..no matter wat doc will knows whether suitable or not for us.. u may consult other GP(family clinic)
I think you should be tested for Covid-19. I went to GP when I am down with flu symptoms, I was sent for swap test; no medication given also. When I see my Gynae I forgot to mention about my flu, hence, I tried to nurse myself to recovery by drinking lots of water, sleep and rest more. I recall my Gynae did mention that it is ok to take paracetamol for pain and fever. But my suggestion is to seek Gynae advice. Take good care, and may God bless you and your baby.

Mam we are in a pandemic. Hindi ko gustong mangbad vibes, but what you are feeling right now are symptoms of covid19. Please try to consult to your ob, for clearance, and do self quarantine now lalo na kung may kasama kayong high risk, like kids in your home. We, as pregnant women are more likely vulnerable to the virus. Again, please don't see it as a negative comment, it's just a suggestion. Wala naman mawawala kung pacheck ka.
ganun din tingin q s knya sis.better patest n sya.
Hope u feel better. Paracetamol is fine for fever for a pregnant lady. For sore throat, runny nose, I prefer to drink tea like peppermint, honey lemon drink, echinacea tea. My obgyn consultant did prescribe me standby medications: for bad runny nose: use piriton and for cough and phlegm, guaifenesin syrup. I’d recommend taking to ur gynaecologist for recommended medications and maybe ask for a standby prescription ?
When the clinic knows you’re pregnant, they should already only be giving you pregnancy-safe medications. If you’re really uncertain, maybe just go to KKH clinic for a peace of mind then! I’ve been down with a flu for a long time because the pregnancy-safe medications are very mild.. but have been taking vitamin c often and it’s working so far! Maybe you can try it too? Don’t forget to get LOTSSSSS of rest too!
There is no medication allowed for a pregnant woman except paracetamol. Other than that ( if you have any medical problems, you will be supplied with your medication according to your situation and under monitored by your doctor). If you just having fever, sore throat, flu, just take paracetamol and do not exceed the normal strength and if can only take if you really need it. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food
