It’s normal. Everyone’s pregnancy are different. I did not have an easy journey throughout my 3 trimesters. I lost a lot of weight. I forced myself to eat - split in small meals, but quality over quantity food. I have low blood pressure and almost fainted etc. It does get tougher and harder, but a mother’s willpower to get through this is strong because we love our baby. As your baby grows, you will grow even more attached as you can feel him/her moving daily. Believe you can do it and stay strong! Drink more water and have sufficient rest. I find that oats, bananas and yogurt (probiotics) help reduced my bloating. I try to eat yogurt at the start of the day. you can also consider drinking lemon-infused water. try to take small meals or just snack throughout the day if no appetite for normal portions during meal times. if still don't improve, can get some prebiotics or probiotics. check with your gynae before getting it though just to make sure
