Lower belly cramps

Hi, im 16 weeks and my lower belly is having cramps.. Is there a first aid or hone remedy for this? Is anybody experiencing the same? Thanks.

Sharp pains po ba? If sumasakit tapos nawawala naman agad. Normal lang po yan. Same as mine nung 16 weeks ako. Round ligament pain po yan dahil lumalaki na si baby, naiistretch ang uterus. But if bothering ung cramps at di agad nawawala, much better to go to your OB or try to observe for at least a day na may kasabayan na rest.
