Abdominal Exercises for CS MOMS

I'm 15 months postpartum and not feeling great about how I look. I'm 60 kilos and overweight. My arms are flabby, and my belly still looks pregnant. I've seen ab rollers on TikTok and want to try them. Is this a good idea? I'm worried about hurting myself since I've waited a year to start exercising after my surgery. mag low carb diet nalang po kayo since CS kayo bawal po ang heavy activities, magaling na yung wound outside pero yung nasa loob di pa sya fully healed.
