Abdominal Exercises for CS MOMS

I'm 15 months postpartum and not feeling great about how I look. I'm 60 kilos and overweight. My arms are flabby, and my belly still looks pregnant. I've seen ab rollers on TikTok and want to try them. Is this a good idea? I'm worried about hurting myself since I've waited a year to start exercising after my surgery. CS din po ako, July2019 ako manganak sa 1st baby ko.november 2019 nakakag seat-up na ako at jogging .ganun din ginawa ko sa 2nd baby ko. Pero pakiramdaman nyo po kung kaya ba talaga ng katawan nyo,kasi ng bawat babae mag kaiba ang duration ng healing process.☺️

mag low carb diet nalang po kayo since CS kayo bawal po ang heavy activities, magaling na yung wound outside pero yung nasa loob di pa sya fully healed.
