paHELP!

Im 12 weeks pregnant. Im currently experiencing like heart burn feeling. Sino po nakaexperience ng ganito at ano po ginawa nyo. TIA

Normal naman yan sa nagbubuntis mommy ang gagawin mo lang konte lang kakainin mo tapos every 2 to 3 hours then wag agad hihiga after kumain or uminom ng med or water.. Ako nag lalagay ako ng tali sa tyan para di bumalik ung acid pataas pero hindi naman mahigpit kasi don ako gumiginhawa e ☺️

Hi! Ganyan din ako ng buntis ako. Sbi ng ob ko non ganon dw tlga kasi sympee medyo naiipit ang mga parts ng katawan natin dahil may lumalaking baby s tummy natin pero just to also make sure ask mo dn sa ob mo on your next check up :)

Ang sabi ng OB ko, wag muna sa mga citrus fruits, wag papalipas ng kain and don't eat full. Also sa sweets, iwas daw po muna 😊 Hope this would help 😊

Ganyan din ako sis... Kasma dw tlga yan sa pagbubuntis.... Saka yung feeling na parang puno ng hangin tyan mo... Drink more lukewarm water lang sis

Inom lang po ng tubig tapos konti lang kain at bago matulog..kumain na po before two hours bago matulog para po bumaba na po yung kinain..

Ganyan din ako now. Ginagawa ko kumakaen ako agad ng crackers( skyflakes) at inom maligamgam na tubig pagka gising ko. Iwas sa maasim.

Normal lang yan Momsh. Inom ka lagi ng tubig and wag mahiga agad pagkatapos kumain. Minsan sugar free bubble gum nakakatulong din.

Normal lang po yan, more water ka lang o di kaya mejo mainit na tubig . Sarap sa feeling pagumiinom :)

Me too. Nakatulong po yung pagkain ng light meals pero hourly po or every other time Para hindi ma gutom.
