If your preschooler goes to bed late and has to wake up early for school, would you wake him up or let him sleep in?

I will make him go to bed earlier. That will be better as kids need earlier rest for better development. If for some reason he is unable to sleep earlier then I will wake him up for school instead of letting him sleep in. It is not good for them to cultivate a habit of skipping schools just because they need to sleep or they slept late .
